The Project & The Client:

Every project & every client is different but they do have things in common.  They just need to be understood.
  • What is the problem?

Is the problem complex?  Whether it is or not, it should be clearly defined in order to be understood.

  • What is the answer?

Let's break it down into smaller elements that make up the overall, larger problem...  paint the picture step by step

  • What more can be done?

If nothing more can be done then perhaps its time to consider the options...  arbitration, adjudication, litigation?
