Over the years, we have designed simple computerised systems that reveal the cost/value status of any ongoing project.

The key component in our system is the 3D modelling of the project.  This is a recent product and is now being recognised by the construction industry as something that not only provides instant visibility of the project but is also a very useful tool when an interface is established between the model and cost plan.

Our system goes one step further and links the 3D model not only the cost plan but also both the planned and as-built programmes.  It not only allows you to manage the cost, but ‘see’ the progress and make essential decisions at the right time.
