Past Experience:
We have the site and office expertise to assist and support expert witnesses throughout the construction industry both in the UK and internationally. Through the years we have worked on some of the most prestigious contracts in the UK such as the London Underground Jubilee Line Extension (JLE), the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL), Swiss Re London HQ (The Gurkin), Knightsbridge Crown Court (Harrods) and Canary Wharf. We have supplied a range of services including QS's, planners, database analysis and standardised systems control to assist in the cost control and reporting of progress through the projects. However, even with the best assistance, things do not always go to plan but when things have gone wrong and the contractor has suffered from delay, disruption and prolongation we have been there to help guide our client through the minefield to arbitration, adjudication or other legal process.

Apart from his expert work, he is highly experienced in dispute resolution by litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
