Our method of reporting goes a long way to simplify the data and present it in such a manner that can be easily and quickly understood.  It links the planned and actual costs, programmes, resources and can incorporate 3D views of the works which showing the actual progress of the works in comparison to the planned progress.

Reporting the Progress (& delays) visually requires less interpretation:

In order for the system to work fully, we construct a 3D CGI and link it with not only the programme but also the cost plan and resources.  Once the model is built in the computer the report enables the client to 'see' where the money has been spent as well as identifying problem areas at an early stage.
